Thomas S. Warda is currently the CEO and Managing Partner of Convertant, LLC. Convertant is a digital marketing revenue and customer enhancement company headquartered in Denver Colorado. Tom has a background of senior management in a variety companies in a diversity of industries.
With a degree in Operations Research and Mathematics, Tom has used his analytic background along with a strong psychological avocation to create a variety of original business models that have helped accelerate the emergence of companies in several industries.
Considered the father of the Environmental Packaging Industry he has also brought other high-tech marketing solutions into low-tech industries. Having held positions such as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Digital Officer and Chief Commercialization Officer in several companies, his experience has allowed him to try a variety of innovative processes and techniques usually not afforded a more conventional professional career.
An excellent value-chain integrator he specializes in strategic relationships. As an investor, mentor and business developer, he has been involved in over 75 companies as diverse as a medical device and mattress manufacturer and from financial services to Gold Mining. He is a thought leader in the Agile Engagement Marketing Movement and has fundamentally challenged the digital internet marketing landscape. He enjoys basketball, motorcycle riding and teaching at the University of Colorado Graduate Business School.
